Frank He, LAc, QME is the inventor of Muscle Channel Technique (MCT®) and Subcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (SENS®).

Most recently MCT® has featured at the 21st AAMA Annual Symposium. This weekend Frank will meet some physicians and acupuncturists from all over world in his very first MCT® certification class.
