While drooling for the most expensive bagel in the world, I thought about my trip to China this summer. Besides seeing patients in the village and working on the farm, I also had an opportunity of visiting Dasherb （大石药业）which was founded by my medical schoolmate-Mr. Wenyuan Shi (石文元先生）. The specialty bagel flavored with goji berry jelly reminded me of the best goji berry that I have ever seen and has been crafted by Dasherb.
