Currently serving as the Operations Manager at HeCares Foundation, Viviana plays a key role in managing clinic operations and educational initiatives. She previously worked as an Admissions and Registrar at a local Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) school, gaining valuable experience in student support and academic administration. Viviana has a deep interest in TCM and integrative healthcare, driven by her dedication to caring for her own family and her belief in holistic wellness. As a mother of two, she is actively pursuing licensure to expand her ability to support others through natural and preventive care. She is also passionate about youth soccer development, contributing to local initiatives such as the Ravenswood Juniors Soccer Club in East Palo Alto. Having grown up in San Bruno playing sports, Viviana values the positive impact of athletics in building discipline, teamwork, and community.
