HeCares Foundation should be commended for such thing! I am happy to see that more and more people are starting to volunteer to be part of different foundations that aim to help different kinds of people. This quote from Audrey Hepburn was worth the time thinking of. As we grow older, we realize that it is not just about yourself. But you are amazing and you can also use your other hand to serve other people as well! Our capacity is bigger than anything else, so we should make use of it!
