All day long we are treating patients with headaches, neck and back pain, scoliosis, upper extremity tendonitis, etc due to repetitive stress. Proper exercises are part of our treatment protocols. Here is an example we often recommend to patients, of course, modified according to individual conditions.

That is right! If a doctor is encouraging his patient to do exercise to keep himself fit and healthy, the doctor must also do it. It's like being a fitness trainer; if you want more clients to come on you asking for your professional help about the transformation they want to achieve for themselves, then you must be fit too! You will not be credible if you are fat and someone who doesn't really care about the food you eat. You need to practice what you preach because it is also about your credibility!
